Song of the Week Week 42 2026 - Nipsey Hussle & Bino Rideaux Special

Nipsey Hussle, Bino Rideaux

This week its all about Nipsey Hussle, my favourite hip hop artist to ever do it. Sometimes you have to double back to Victory Lap, like its a Bible, you real hip hop fans know what im talking about.

But approaching a decade after Nipsey's passing he had a lot of uncompleted projects with Bino, which they have just wrapped up into a new joint album called Profilic, and, oh boy, it was worth the wait.

If your new to any of Nipsey's music, check from around the 4th video down where I have added some of my best hits off his posthumous, Grammy winning album.

All Summer - Nipsey Hussle, Bino Rideaux (feat. BH)

Got to love both the unreleased music and video with Nipsey in it, and this music video shows LA summer, we love it here at DJ Rikstar HQ, we not only bump this all summer but all winter too ⛄

Sacrifices - Nipsey Hussle, Bino Rideaux (feat. James Fauntleroy)

Another classic Nipsey banger, both Bino and Nipsey are a great duo, you should check their previous album that goes off too. This song here, I heard it unreleased, like 30% done, from back in 2020, im glad it has been finished and included in the album with a music video to go with it.

Reckless - Nipsey Hussle, Bino Rideaux

Great produced track and Nipsey just doing what he do, and smooth sailing over the beat, I hope there is more unreleased work Nipsey left, but if not, Profilic has already made a statement.

I Just Wanna Know - Nipsey Hussle, Bino Rideaux (feat. Ty Dolla Sign & Cardi B)

Another banger with Cardi B and Ty Dolla Sign, and this flow is where Nipsey Hussle is my favourite rapper and one of the best to do it independently.

Victory Lap (feat. Stacy Barthe) - Nipsey Hussle

This right here is my best track in the hip hop genre, but also my fav track from the Victory Lap album, or THE BIBLE should i say.

Double Up (feat. Belly & Dom Kennedy) - Nipsey Hussle

What a track and what a video, including his fiance Lauren London and LA legend like Dom K, both this video and song slap.

Rap Niggas - Nipsey Hussle

Grimey! Nipsey was all bout growth mindset, but this one defo for the streets and goes far too hard...

Real Big (feat. Marsha Ambrosius) - Nipsey Hussle

OK, the truth is every song on this album is a hit, so i cant put every song here, so I'm finishing on this, but my recommendation is go listen to every track and see why this is THE HIP HOP BIBLE right here.

You can listen to the Victory Lap Whole album Here.
