Song of the Week Week 36 2026 - My Morning Routine Playlist

This week I'm about to spill some sauce to you about my daily morning routine.
Now they say "Happy Wife, Happy Life" but I say scrap that and I go by "Happy Morning, Happy Day", so each morning I wake up these are the tracks I listen to.
I normally wake up, guzzle quite a lot of water, then grab my noise cancelling headphones, slip them on, then I go straight to the kitchen to cook breakfast and make that coffee, but before I reach the kitchen to do all this I have these songs below in a playlist and I have my headphones to 100% volume, then as I'm eating I may or may not bust a dance because 🤫 who's asking??
But I don't listen to all the tracks, it would take all morning, I just eat, bust some moves, down a coffee and jump in the shower listening before I hit the gym, but why do I do this?
The truth is these tracks bring them good vibes to kick start any morning off the right way, so I don't care if you go to work listening in the car, you will feel that good energy that if someone cuts you off you just smile and wave jaja, or when you reach work and that pesky co worker says "oh boss said you have to do all my work I failed to do yesterday on top of your normal work today", you crash out and just feel good, as this brings them good vibes and this is one of the biggest genres to do this. What South Africa has done with this genre is quite amazing, as no matter who you are this music will certainly make you move to the beat, or move your feet.
