Song of the Week Week 32 2026 - Do 4 Luv (Extended Mix)

Andy Keys

This week we are heading to South Africa and the smooth sounds of Amapiano with Andy Keys' remix of a timeless R&B classic.

Do 4 Luv (Extended Mix) - Andy Keys

Damn this is the smoothest thing I've heard in a while. It's a remix by Andy Keys of the classic 1978 R&B song "What You Won't Do for Love" by Bobby Caldwell, using the vocals from Snoh Aalegra's remix.

When it comes to Amapiano you get some of the smoothest music and the legendary log drum to make some of the best music known to man.

Do 4 Luv (Guitar Edit) - Andy Keys, King Touch

I had to update this song of the week as after putting out the song of the week I came across this gem, which is a guitar edit done by the same producers of the remix above. This is equally as good and they had a feature from the guitar, they really got it singing.

If you're not a DJ or producer, the terminology can get confusing, so here's the quick version:

Remix - someone takes the original song, usually just the vocals, and builds a completely new instrumental around it. New drums, new bassline, new feel. Same voice, different song underneath.

Edit - a smaller change to a track that already exists. Nothing rebuilt from scratch, just rearranged, tightened up, or with something added or removed. A guitar edit like this one means a guitar part has been layered in or brought forward on a version that already existed.

Extended mix - the longer DJ version, usually 6 to 8 minutes. It has a long plain intro and outro so DJs have room to mix in and out of it cleanly. This is what gets played in clubs.

Radio edit - the short version, usually around 3 minutes. Straight to the hook, no long intro, cut down so it fits radio and playlists. This is normally the version you hear on Spotify or the radio.

So in plain English: the remix is the new production, the extended mix is the long DJ version of it, and the guitar edit is that long version with the guitar treatment on top.
