The Ancient Science of Sound to Heal Body and Mind | Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary - Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary

Our eardrum simply converts those mechanical vibrations into electrical nerve signals, which we then perceive as sound. Now, with sound being vibrations, each frequency can have different healing properties for the body and mind. This documentary explains more into this.

This shows how they make healing music, etc, with the different crystals, as well as demonstrates how the crystals are used as an instrument.
