Hot Producers Week 35 2026 - Martin Garrix

Martin Garrix

Most artists who land in Hot Producers never need an introduction, but for those of you who follow a different style of music or genre, or who are not up on different genres, Martin Garrix happens to be the number 1 DJ in the world, a spot he has held in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2024.

Here are just some of his accolades, which is crazy for a DJ/producer.

MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA): Won Best Electronic Act (2015, 2016) and Best World Stage Performance (2016).

Electronic Dance Music Awards (EDMA): Multiple wins including Radio Artist of the Year and various track awards.

International Dance Music Awards (IDMA): Won Best Breakthrough DJ, Best Electro/Progressive Track ("Animals") and Best Male Artist.

NRJ DJ Awards: Won Best Live Performance and Best International DJ.

WDM Radio Awards: Won Best DJ and Best Bass Track ("Scared to Be Lonely").

What makes him so good is not just his ability to DJ but his producer chops, as he has achieved multiple number 1 records across the globe with his music. More below on this.

Animals - Martin Garrix

In The Name Of Love - Martin Garrix & Bebe Rexha

Scared To Be Lonely - Martin Garrix & Dua Lipa

Tremor - Dimitri Vegas, Martin Garrix, Like Mike

Summer Days - Martin Garrix feat. Macklemore & Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy

High On Life - Martin Garrix feat. Bonn

Tonight (Martin Garrix Bootleg) - Enrique Iglesias feat. Ludacris

Now if you don't follow EDM too much, I can still guarantee you have heard each one above and just don't know the name of it. Martin Garrix made Animals when he was not known as much and it blew up, which took him onto the biggest festival stages, and I hear his first real live DJ set was Tomorrowland around 2013/2014. CRAZY.

Another track he did before the breakout song Animals was a bootleg of Enrique Iglesias feat. Ludacris - Tonight (Martin Garrix Bootleg), which got highly praised by the industry.

Now with most of the above tracks, they have hit number 1 all across the world and he has worked alongside the likes of Dua Lipa, Dimitri Vegas and Macklemore. Here are his tracks which hit number 1 across the globe.
