Hot Producers Week 33 2026 - Tainy

Tainy

This producer needs no introduction, but if you are unsure, he is the genius, the magician behind most of Bad Bunny's hits and plenty more Latino artists, as well as many USA artists too.

Tainy (born Marco Efraín Masís Fernández) is a top Puerto Rican record producer and songwriter who has been producing from his teens, working with the legendary duo Luny Tunes on classic albums like Mas Flow 2.

He's produced massive tracks like Bad Bunny's "Callaíta" and major portions of the record-breaking album Un Verano Sin Ti, and is also a multi-time Grammy and Latin Grammy award winner.

He's also released his own star-studded debut studio album, DATA, in 2023.

Tainy is a very talented producer who has been in the game for decades, shaping the reggaeton and pop/USA pop sounds for a good while and bringing classics that you can certainly hear at any party you're at.

One of my favourite songs produced by Tainy, so I'm talking about the instruments, the production side, is Mojabi Ghost by Tainy, Bad Bunny and Callaíta by Bad Bunny.

When you pair Bad Bunny with Tainy, it's a match made in heaven, both understand each other and create timeless hits, both would be and was stars before and after, but having them as a duo has brought timeless classics that will live on forever, just like Ovy On The Drums and Karol G. We as fans are lucky that divine intervention brought this pair together to give us forever classics that will last through many generations.
